I mentioned a few weeks ago that we had a new feature in the
works.

I haven’t forgotten about it, but it has taken a little bit
longer to get programmed than anticipated.

The “Traffic Maximizer” mod is getting close to being finished
though and I will have all the details to you soon.

The first was Hitsafari, but now it looks like TrafficPunk has done it too. what is that you may wander? Changed scripts from the once supperior TCNTE script to the LJ script.

The LJ script hasnt improved in years, but those that support and work with the script have added some great features that most TE users have come to expect.

So where it may seem to some that moving to the lj script is a step backward it is actually a step forward for sites like TrafficPunk that can now add more features more easily since there are more programmers available that are familiar with the script.

The TCNTE Owners (MTP is run on TCNTE script in case youe wondering, a heavily moded one but it is originally a TCNTE script) Have been standing by anxiously awaiting a newer version of our script for some time now, and I can see why some are making the switch, but I will be sticking with the current script for a while ( allthough we do have some cool new features in development ) and possibley switch to the new version of the TCN when it does finally hit the street. But are others going to stick it out with me ? or will more start making the move to the LJ?

Speaking of LJ’s another one was just launched today. Like the others it has all the bells and wistles to keep surfers happy and there are few new additions that havent been seen before. That on top of the killer design make HitInsomnia a Site to watch and a verry good canidate for one of this years best new exchange.

Shuan has some good ideas for spreading the TE word outside of the normal avenues and it will be interesting to see how well it works at bringing new eyes into the TE world and into HitInsomnia
