This Membership Agreement is a binding agreement between you the member, and MaxTrafficPro.com.

Acceptance of membership and/or maintaining a subscription for services implies consent to this agreement, as well as future updates, alterations or changes to this agreement.

Terms of Membership

SPAM and Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) will not be tolerated in any way. Formal complaints of SPAM/UCE are handled as top priority. SPAM/UCE complaints against you may result in loss of your MaxTrafficPro.com account(s), without recourse on your part.

Legal action will be pursued by MaxTrafficPro.com for any loss or damages incurred due to SPAM/UCE complaints against you.

Simply put, DO NOT send SPAM or UCE. The consequences of this type of marketing can cause substantial damage for all parties involved.

Please note, MaxTrafficPro is not responsible for the content on the sites in rotation. Any claims of income or information provided are that of our advertisers and not ours. Please research all business opportunities before you join them. Be sure to visit your local Better Business Bureau and other consumer awareness organizations before you invest any amount of money! You join any program at your own risk.

As a member, you agree to receive discount offers, promotions and informative updates from MaxTrafficPro.com to all email addresses on record.

You are solely responsible for the maintenance and payment of any subscription(s) to MaxTrafficPro.com created by you or your representatives. We do not create or maintain member subscriptions to our services. Only those who have access to your online banking account(s) may do so.

Cancellation of any subscription(s) will result in the immediate termination of all related accounts (downgrade to Free status), regardless of the last successful payment date. MaxTrafficpro.com shall not be held responsible for services and/or fees lost due to subscription cancellation.

In the event of a failed payment request for membership fees, your account will be re-billed one time, three days following the payment failure. Upon the second failed payment request in any given billing cycle, any related MaxTrafficPro.com accounts and subscriptions will be terminated, without recourse on your part.

Your usage session must be a full browser window. Any software found to be minimizing the browsers will be cause for immediate termination of the account. This is a traffic exchange, the basic concept of this is to co-operate with other viewers. Please do not use or endorse this kind of cheat software. Please view your sites in full browser windows!

Sites containing or with links to hate, discriminatory or illegal content, pornography or warez are not allowed or tolerated. Also, all 'investment surf' sites are now banned at MaxTrafficPro.com.

Changing Upline
Deleting your account only to re-join again in an effort to change your sponsor/referrer/upline is not allowed. Asking members to delete their account and re-join under you is not allowed.

A MAXIMUM of ONE POP-UP is permitted per website, as long as it does not interrupt the timer or prevent you from continuing to the next page. Any domains found to have more than one pop up, a virus, a script download or abusive content that disrupts the surfing community at MaxTrafficPro will be suspended and all credits removed!. Again, no more than one pop up / under , no viruses, script downloads (including 'i-frame PPC sites'), no hate sites, no porn, no investment surfs and no frame breakers!

No autoresponders, period! Do not use an email account with an autoresponder. One autoresponse message from your account is grounds for account deletion. And if your e-mail bounces, your account is subject to immediate removal.
